Be Social, and be Healthy.

Man is Social by Nature.And for no reason it is called a social Animal.How much he tries to avoid society, and how much he tries to remain in isolation, he will fail every time.The reason being you have to be in touch with others for your daily needs, speaking your mind out and etc, etc. If ever you try to remain aloof, it will definitely show on your health after some time. And that effect will be definitely adverse. And if not taken care of, will lead to complexities.

Unless and untill man decides to go for Meditation,there is no way he can live in isolation.In Indian Mythology, Sages and Saints use to live in isolation for years and years on. ,That is taken because he used to do that for self improvement. And even now,if a person wants to go for meditation, he can go for Isolation because he is doing that for self improvement and not fighting his loneliness.If a person is lonely and not doing anything to get out of this, then sooner or later he is definitely going into Depression.So be socially active to get your life on line again.

In today’s world, when there is an online revolution going on, with everything from ordering food to doing Banking, no one is feeling the need to go out and have a get together, just a casual visit to your friend whom you have not met for a long time, meeting your next door neighbour etc. etc. With life becoming so fast and predictive, in the way that a person goes to his office in the morning and returns to his home in the evening, and don’t even have time to go out in the weekend, instead preferring to remain indoors. When you don’t have physical activity in your routine, you are bound to get all type of diseases like obesity, arthiritis, blood pressure etc.

SO TO AVOID DULLNESS AND REPITITIVENESS IN YOUR LIFE, BE SOCIAL AND BE HEALTHY. BECAUSE YOU DON’T KNOW WHAT CAN BECOME AND WHAT YOU CAN ACHIEVE, ONCE YOU BECOME SOCIALLY ACTIVE.
