Two enemies of a Person.

Today’s world is a competitive world and every person is fighting to make his own world a better world. He is working day in and day out to make this world a better place to live in,for himself and his family.But there are two enemies of his which will not allow him to go the way hewants to go,and if not conquered,can be the reason of a person’s failure.

THESE TWO ENEMIES OF A PERSON ARE-SLEEP AND TIREDNESS

Of course,sleep is an essential part of a healthy body,but as they say excess of everything is bad.Sleep upto 8 hours is ok but beyond 8 years it is neither recommended nor desirable.Scientifically,it has been prooved that sleep of 8 hours is ok and sleep below and beyond 8 hours can create many problems in the body.And when to sleep and when not to sleep is also a million dollar question. Sleeping during morning hours is a complete no no.OF COURSE,INFANTS AND POPLE UNDER NEDICAL OBSERVATIONS ARE EXEMPTED.And the best time to sleep is during Night only.

Second most common enemy of a person is Tiredness.Of course,a person gets tired when he works,but he should not carry that tired feeling all along.He should manage his activities in such a way that space is created between the activities and a person does not have a tired feeling at all. To work at the optimumlevel,and to continue working efficiently,you have to manage your body in such a way that it does not gets tired during the working hours.So the simple rule of not getting tired is don’t stand when you can sit down, and don’t sit when you can lay down.

So when you are on your way to conquer the world, first conquer these two demons in you and you will be on your way to a healthy and wealthy life both personaally and professionally.
