With life becoming too fast, it is but natural that body will take the beating in one form or another. And the most common form of the beating is the pain in the body. Blood is the life line of the body. It supplies different type of nutrients and minerals to different parts of the body, as per their requirement. It flows continuousaly through the body, day in and day out, 24*7.When there is some obstruction in its path and its flow is obstucted in one way or another, and in its effort to find way, it causes pain in and to the body. So the instant reaction of a person is to take the painkiller. Instead of asking should we take pain killers or not, we simply,easily and very comfortably reach for them and swallow it without ever knowing the long term consequences of taking them. Of course, in the short term , pain will be killed.

But again do not use pain killers in the first place and out of habit.

The answer to all the above question is you should not take pain killers out of habit but only under acute conditions and only after you have exhausted all other options including Yoga and Naturopathy.
