It is not without any reason that it is said, “A healthy mind in a healthy body”. And vice versa is also true. Healthier your body is, faster will your mind think, and faster than thinking will materialise into action through a healthy body.Because even if you are willing and raring to go, and your body is not willing, your whole thinking is nothing and will lead to frustration, leading to trying to do more action, failing again and further leading to more frustration. Small steps will lead to more and major changes and will take your life to the next higher level. Waking up early, going for a short walk, doing what you love, taking time out doing nothing-just contemplating, listening to Music, KNOWING THAT MONEY IS IMPORTANT, BUT NOT SO IMPORTANT SO AS TO RUIN YOUR HEALTH RUNNING AFTER IT.
ALSO KNOWING THAT EXCESS OF EVERYTHING IS BAD. Doing too much physical work will destroy your body beyond treatment, and too much mental work will result in anxiety, tension, mental fatigue and also bring in stress. So, we must optimize between both mental and physical activities and strike balance between the two.
And of course, NUTRITION is also to be taken care of, because it is a well-known fact that whatever goes in the body, is shown on the body by way of gloom or glow. Yes, the body needs food to keep itself running. But simply eating right and wrong won’t keep it moving. There are certain rules for the body, which are to be religiously followed regarding what you eat and drink. It is common knowledge and everyone knows what to eat and what not to eat, but maybe due to compulsion or habit, they are treading the same old path leading to self-destruction. NO TOBACCO, WINE, SUGAR, SALT, FRIED THINGS, CHILLY THINGS, WHITE BREAD ETC. TO BE TAKEN. TRY CONTROLLING THESE THINGS AND YOU ARE ON YOUR WAY TO HAVING A GLOW ON YOUR FACE.
SO, WHEN YOU ARE FEELING DOWN AND OUT PHYSICALLY, TRY DOING SOME MENTAL EXERCISES. AND WHEN YOU ARE FEELING MENTAL FATIGUE, TRY GOING OUT FOR A WALK AND YOU WILL FEEL THE CHANGE.
You have to do the reverse. When feeling down and out physically, just push your mind to do some mental exercises. And when mental fatigue takes you over, try doing some physical exercises. I am repeating this line specifically because this method is found to be very effective.
And to be mentally fit, you should avoid all the negative people and negative things around you.
