How to drink water.

Water is the best drink available.If drink as per rules,it can cure you of many ailments,eventually leading you to a healthy life.The first and foremost,and which has been posted earlier also,is to drink water only while sitting down and not while standing.This will make sure you dont have any knee problems.

 

There are other rules also of drinking water.Water is always to be taken 30 minutes before meals and 45 minutes after the meal.The reason for drinking water 30 minutes before meals is that this will increase the amount of water in the body and clear the digestive track. Dont ever drink water in between the meals as this mixes up with saliva and distrupts the  digestive process.  Normally it take 30-40 minutes for the body to start the digestion process and it is only when the processed food enters the duodenum,should we take water.

Water is also the first thing to be taken in the morning and the last thing before going to bed.After you wake up in the morning,the first thing you have to do is to drink 2-3 glasses of water sip by sip and not to take anything for the next 90 minutes.And last thing before is to take water 30 minutes before going to bed.

These small things if taken care of, will help you leading a happy healthy life.
