People want to lead a healthy life but are not willing to pay the price for that. Price not in terms of money, but the sacrifice you are willing to make for making your life better.
The no.1 culprit for persons living a sedentary life is Television. Nowadays, every home has a Television, and some have even a Television installed in each room of the house. And the occupants remaining in their room most of the time without any communication between them. Watching TV continuously reduces their thinking power and lack of communication often results in the tension and even breakups of the families. So lesser the tv viewing, better the life. And taking meals while watching TV is one of the worst crimes you can do against yourself. When you are watching TV while having meals, you don’t know that you unconsciously dragging yourself to overeating habit, And as said previously, all diseases start with Constipation and overeating is a step in that direction.
Secondly, waking up late in the morning is the trend catching up with Indian families very fast. A lot of life’s problems are sorted out automatically when you start your day early.The earlier you start your day, better your life becomes day by day.
And thirdly, lack of physical exercise is often the reason for persons getting ill. Now the life getting moved by the hands of the clock, CEOs of the companies just walk from their house to the car waiting for them and from their car to their home, with minimum walking. The best thing for them will be to walk for half an hour daily in the morning and evening.
And the worst and the most destructive thing in today’s world is the smartphone. Of course, it has made our life easier and working faster, but only when it is used intelligently. Many of the accidents occur because people are busy with their phones while on Roads. The the best way to intelligently use the smartphone is to use it for 5-10 minutes 2-3 times a day.
ALWAYS KEEP YOUR GARDEN UPAR, NOT ON THE MOBILE.
Last but not the least, inculcating Good Reading Habits goes a long way in molding a good character. So, make it a habit of reading at least one book a month.
A healthy life is not a habit or a ritual, it is just a simple way of being able to maintain a balance among all aspects of your life.
