Instead,try chasing your hobby,which you had always wanted to do.Starting with a hobby will not only take you away from your routine life but will also enable your brain to do some exercise and thereby challenging your status quo in life.Once you start focussing on your hobbies, you will feel the urge of going back to your business or profession with renewed energy,which at one time you was feeling bored of.This is the most important lesson of life. Whenever you are feeling down and out,just start chasing your hobby.In this way, you will be contributing positively to your life,and the problem of boredom will be taken care of itself.
Chasing a hobby will ultimately see you chasing your dreams.And once you are on your way to chasing your dreams,each and every problem in your life will be taken care of.90% of the problems are financial problems, and once they are taken care of, all other problems will automatically take care of itself. As I said earlier also, attaining financial freedom should be the main objective of the person, because what after all a person works for. Of course for the money. And you need not work for your whole life for money. Planning should be such that first you should work for money and after money should work for you. And this is possible only if you chase your dreams and make your hobby your passion.
Having a hobby helps you in two ways. First, it gives you a way to break monotony in life, and secondly, if you can turn your hobby /passion into your means of livelihood, nothing like that.
